Training Needs Analysis

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

Training Delivery & Execution

• Develop and implement the annual training plan aligned with operational objectives, compliance requirements, and company goals.
• Deliver and coordinate training programs related to HACCP, GMP, food safety, and Halal standards.
• Organize and facilitate in-house training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for new employees.

Regulatory & Technical Compliance

• Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure training content is updated according to current SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate compliance-related training such as GMP, HACCP, and food safety refresher courses.
