The Quality Compliance Engineer reports to the QA Manager and is responsible for ensuring that all process, product, and system requirements comply with internal standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory and certification requirements. This role supports the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, drives effective non-conformance management and CAPA, supports internal and external audits, and promotes a strong quality culture to ensure products meet customer and regulatory expectations before release.
Requirement:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or Wood Technology
Minimum 5 years of related experience in quality assurance and manufacturing environment
