  JOB RESPONSIBILITY 
 This role will report to VP, Asia Pacific; and your will be in charge of:
 Operation process improvement and SOP implementation
 Existing sop analysis (reality versus theory)
 Targeted sop with Cargowise implementation
 SOP with the PO management system for some customers
 Quality control, management and improvement
 data accuracy
 operation quality
 customer service quality
 customer KPI analysis and improvement
 correction plan implementation
 training
 Supplier management
 Supplier database analysis
 Supplier classification
 New supplier approval process
 Tenders follow up for the main suppliers
 Monitoring of their performance and correction plan implementation
 SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
