Quality Control Agent

As the guardian of our clients’ travels, you are responsible for the integrity of every journey we deliver. Acting as the final checkpoint before execution, this role ensures that every detail sold by our Travel Planners is accurately confirmed, aligned, and ready for a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with our international team of Travel Planners, ensuring we deliver in the execution of the trips they have sold.
• Cross check all details of booked trips.
• Enforce the quality control process with all our bookings.
• Reconfirm all details of our client’s reservations by coordinating with vendors (email, phone). Assist in solving situations when issues may arise.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of confirmations, updates, and communications.
