Quality Control Analyst: Metrology & Compliance

- Ensure that the manufactured parts (by welding and machining) meet the manufacturing and design criteria specified by engineering 2. - Ensure that the documents received by BGM and deliverable to the client comply with the applicable standards and specifications, as well as the preparation of the required quality compliance documents.

• Visual inspection of the general conditions of the manufacturing when received at the plant.
• Dimensional inspection of the materials received according to the applicable drawings defined by the engineering area (bases, stools, columns, heads, etc.).
• Preparation and distribution of non-conforming product and rejection reports.
• Control and disposition of accepted, non-conforming and rejected materials after dimensional inspection.
