About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Analyst to join our mortgage operations team. The ideal candidate has a strong underwriting background and extensive experience in mortgage quality control, audit review, and compliance. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality loan production through pre-funding, post-closing, and discretionary reviews while maintaining compliance with investor, agency, and regulatory requirements.

This position requires strong analytical and reporting skills, in-depth knowledge of Agency and Non-QM guidelines, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
