Job Description

  Quality Control and Improvement Engineer 
  Position: 
 This position oversees and coordinates the Quality Control process, ensuring the effective monitoring of quality operations.
  What will you do: 
 Ensure implementation and compliance with the Quality- and Sampling Plan.
 Control the manufacturing process; entitled to halt production in case of significant quality defects.
 Monitor and analyze quality parameters of finished and semi-finished tobacco products.
 Manage rework activities, including blocking materials/products, handling waste/rejects, and proposing corrective actions.
 Prepare and analyze quality control reports.
 Plan and organize the work schedule for the quality control team, providing support in unusual situations.
 Implement product specification changes in collaboration with QA Specialist and Production.
