Quality Control Assistant

Job Qualifications:

1. At least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.

2. With or without work experience; experience in quality control or manufacturing environment is an advantage.

3. Knowledgeable in cGMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards is preferred.

4. Familiar with quality inspection procedures, sampling methods, and product testing is an advantage.

5. Basic understanding of contamination control, sanitation, and product safety requirements.

6. Ability to monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

7. Keen attention to details and strong analytical skills.

8. Able to prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.

9. Knowledgeable in Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is an advantage.
