Quality Control Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow and implement all GMP, HACCP and Safety policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Follow clearly prescribed Standard practices to provide general assistance to a group involved in quality operation, procedure and document control.
• Performing inbound inspections of selected raw materials to assure specifications are achieved.
• Performing quality check on the various samples collected and prepares report & giving quality rating (accepting or rejecting) for sample checked. Report must be signed by QC personnel who performed the task and noted by QC Supervisor.
• Monitoring and evaluating incoming raw materials, production and processing procedures.
• Analyze test results to classify products or compare results with standard tables. Maintain accurate records with internal database.
• Perform analytical tests relating to viscosity, pH, brix %, salt% and others as needed.
