QUALITY CONTROL CHEF

At House of Lechon, excellence is non-negotiable. Before any dish or take-out leaves our kitchen, it must meet our standard --- crispy, precise, and proudly served.

We are looking for a Culinary-trained Quality Control Chef whose main role is to protect the brand at the pass.

This is the chef who:

· Stands at pass

· Checks every plate

· Controls flow

· Approves before it leaves

QUALIFICATIONS

· Culinary graduate or with formal kitchen training

· Experience in high-volume kitchen preferred

· Strong attention to detail

· Calm under pressure

· Respected presence in the kitchen

· Not ego-driven --- excellence over creativity
