The Role

As a Quality Control professional at AIK CHEONG COFFEE ROASTER SDN BHD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent high quality of our coffee products. Based in our Cheng Melaka facility, this full-time role is responsible for monitoring and testing our production processes to maintain the exceptional standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct regular quality inspections and tests on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
2. Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, implementing corrective actions to resolve problems
3. Analyse data and generate reports to track quality metrics and trends
4. Work closely with production teams to implement quality control procedures and provide training
5. Collaborate with R&D to develop and improve quality assurance processes
