Job Description:-
Lead group of IQC and OQC team personnel for daily QC routine activities
Monitoring the quality of raw material, component, semi-finished product and finished product to satisfy the specification
Consolidate shift issue and report to Superior, support QC activity when QC Inspector absent.
Update and establish the WI for QC department
Responsible to monitor the vendor and supplier quality performance
Perform defect sample analysis from production process for product and process improvement
Prepare and report the quality of outgoing finished goods quality performance
Establish/update the quality control plan for better quality control of product and process
Conduct the training for continual improvement and the new recruited QC staff
Responsible for customer complaint investigation and customer complain report
