Job Description:-

• Lead group of IQC and OQC team personnel for daily QC routine activities
• Monitoring the quality of raw material, component, semi-finished product and finished product to satisfy the specification
• Consolidate shift issue and report to Superior, support QC activity when QC Inspector absent.
• Update and establish the WI for QC department
• Responsible to monitor the vendor and supplier quality performance
• Perform defect sample analysis from production process for product and process improvement
• Prepare and report the quality of outgoing finished goods quality performance
• Establish/update the quality control plan for better quality control of product and process
• Conduct the training for continual improvement and the new recruited QC staff
