· Identify Customers' Multiple Accounts in DB.
· Investigation of Dual CM Accounts for Resolution.
· Sales Compliance Investigations & Findings.
· Management of Activity Monitoring Tools and Timely Updates.
· Scrutinizing overall Sales related business processes.
