Quality Control Executive - Perak

Assist in drop point day to day operation, this includes track and monitor parcel movement and handle problematic parcels Ensure standard operation procedures set by Company are followed by drop point Conduct regular visitation or inspections to drop point Manage and feedback to customer complaints within timeframe Prepare daily, weekly and monthly related reports to management Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent Preferably candidate with minimum 1 year experience in logistic, quality control, quality assurance or related field Excellent problem solving skills and communications skills Innovative, self-motivated, and proactive in work Able to work in pressured and fast pace environment Computer literate with Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, etc Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be added advantage O...
