Quality Control Inspector – Job Responsibilities
Conduct incoming raw material inspection as per PO, drawings, and specifications
Verify and review Material Test Certificates (MTCs)
Ensure proper heat number identification and traceability at the time of material receipt
Perform stage-wise in-process inspection as per approved QAP
Check machining tolerances, dimensions, and fitment accuracy
Ensure compliance with API Spec 7 K and internal QMS procedures
Carry out final inspection before dispatch
Witness and verify load testing, hardness testing, MPI, UT, and other NDT activities
Ensure correct marking, stamping, and controlled application of API monogram
