Responsibilities

• Certify and date all control points on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Route Sheet.
• Perform on-site and field verifications and witness activities as required by inspection and testing documents.
• Verify that all required inspection activities are complete and the results are acceptable.
• Prepare History Docket and History File.
• Review and verify MTR and CMTR to meet code requirements.
• Perform detailed reviews of purchase order‑referenced codes, standards, technical specifications, and quality requirements before source surveillance.
