Quality Control Inspector Lead, 2nd shift

Kelly is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Quality Inspector Lead** for a busy Electronic Manufacturer located in Melbourne, FL 32904. This role is responsible for overseeing inspection processes and ensuring that plastic, sheet metal, and electronic components meet customer specifications. The Lead will supervise a team of inspectors, coordinate with production supervisors, and report directly to the Department Manager.

Pay- $24/hour
Schedule- 2nd shift 3:30pm-11:30pm

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Prioritize and balance workload for the inspection team (in-process, final, and customer quality assurance inspections) to meet daily goals.
+ Act as a role model for consistent, efficient work and facilitate daily team communication.
+ Engage with the team about performance; provide feedback for supervisor-led development.
+ Manage conflicts within the department and with production.
