Quality Control Inspector

Position Summary

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Control Inspector is directly accountable for product control including final inspection, in‑process inspections, documentation and control of non‑conforming material; control and verification of production process changes, tooling control, and control of monitoring and measuring devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of process specifications and materials.
• Implement and continually improve product inspection plans.
• Perform in‑process and final inspection of detail parts, minor and structural assemblies; plan their execution, documentation, and record retention.
• Perform inspection duties to ensure all products, processes, and services comply with applicable airworthiness, company, or customer quality requirements.
