QUALITY CONTROL

As a Quality Control professional at AIK CHEONG COFFEE ROASTER SDN BHD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent high quality of our coffee products. Based in our Cheng Melaka facility, this full-time role is responsible for monitoring and testing our production processes to maintain the exceptional standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality inspections and tests on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
• Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, implementing corrective actions to resolve problems
• Analyse data and generate reports to track quality metrics and trends
• Work closely with production teams to implement quality control procedures and provide training
• Collaborate with R&D to develop and improve quality assurance processes
