Quality Control Manager - Premix/Quarry

Responsibilities

• Competently provide key Technical Expertise across a broad range of Premix / Asphalt products :
• Competency to ensure Quality Testing of materials – Premix, Quarry, Bitumen & other additives materials
• Promote professionalism of Company Reputation
• Abide by JKR & PLUS Specifications – carry out Mix Design and Trial Mix to meet requirements
• Maintain prompt response and professional relationship with clients, teams, and authorities
• Good documentation & computer skills – prepare and compile testing report – mix design, materials checklist & projects
• Production monitoring & troubleshooting – ability to identify, rectify & improve product quality
• Effectively manage laboratory requirements in testing planning, production planning, stock management, and instrumentation calibration
