Quality control specialist - Temporary 6 months

Mission

As part of a team of eight, the Compliance Control specialist will help to implement the control plan, which covers all compliance‑related activities.

Challenges

To contribute to the achievement of the Bank’s objective of maintaining a risk control framework of the highest standard.

Role Description

• Review the design and effectiveness of controls in place for various compliance‑related activities (financial crime, anti‑money laundering, know‑your‑customer, sanctions, investor protection, cross‑border operations, etc.).
• Lead or participate in control reviews by conducting diagnostics and carrying out detailed testing.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor the timely implementation of recommendations and action plans.
• Work closely with Compliance, Business Risk & Controls Departments to ensure execution of controls and resolution of issues.
