About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Underwriting, the Quality Control Specialist plays a key role in ensuring mortgage files are accurate, compliant, and fully satisfied prior to funding. This position acts as a central point of coordination between underwriting, brokers, lawyers, and funding teams to help ensure smooth and timely closings while maintaining strong quality assurance standards.
