Supervise and coordinate all quality control activities.

Ensure fabrication complies with approved shop drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Review drawings, method statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) before production.

Inspect incoming materials.

Monitor cutting, bending, welding, drilling, assembly, and finishing processes.

Conduct dimensional checks to ensure compliance with tolerances and site requirements.

Verify welding quality in accordance with WPS and relevant standards.

Ensure proper surface preparation prior to painting or powder coating.

Perform final inspections before delivery to site.

Issue and manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
