Job Description

                    Responsibilities Monitor and ensure consistent quality standards across all academic and administrative processes in the institute 
Conduct regular audits of classrooms, trainers, teaching methods, and student services 
Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and checklists 
Evaluate student feedback and take corrective actions to improve service delivery 
Coordinate with branch heads, trainers, and administrative staff to maintain compliance standards 
Ensure adherence to institute guidelines, accreditation requirements, and internal SOPs 
Identify areas of improvement in training delivery and operational efficiency 
Prepare quality reports and present findings to management 
Support staff training and awareness programs related to quality standards 
Investigate complaints or deviations and ensure timely resolution
