JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College graduate, preferably BS Industrial Engineering
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literate
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Freight forwarding experience is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure smooth process flow through issue and root-cause analysis.
• Identify gaps, risks, and recommend improvements for process control.
• Document inspections and support operations on continuity concerns.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve process issues promptly.
