Quality Control Supervisor

Qualifications:

• College Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering
• At least 2-3 years work experience
• With Background in Quality Control
• preferably with experience in Ceramics

Summary of Position:

• Monitor Work in Process in Finish Product Inspection Unit
• Monitor and check the schedules of Finish Product Inspection Unit's Manpower
• Monitor Performance of manpower mainly inspectors with regard on their quality of work.
• Double checking of wares that are intercepted in the Finish Product Inspection Area.
• Record and Update unit's manpower efficiency (performance monitoring)
• Preparation of Memorandum-related in production / product concerns and quality
• Preparation of other reports/data related to Finish Product Inspection Unit
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of working area
• additional task may be given by immediate supervisor.
