Quality Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Manage the operation of the Quality Control Laboratory, resolving analysis failures and issues related to quality testing.
2. Administer resources and establish operational parameters across all analysis laboratories.
3. Supervise and monitor the performance of Quality Control personnel in the catalyst production process.
4. Contribute to the development of quality standards for materials/products, designing complex or innovative measures, tests, sampling methods, and compliance procedures to ensure standards are met.

Qualifications

• Education: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in laboratory activities related to JMM, with knowledge of quality systems.
