Description:
Process Quality Control
Monitor production processes to ensure product quality.
Maintain quality control procedures and standards.
Perform inspections and tests processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Issue Resolution
Assess quality issues and support root cause analysis for CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
Coordinate with cross functional team to resolve quality concerns.
Team Management
Supervise and providing mentorship to QC Engineers and inspectors to ensure efficient operations.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge on quality practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in any Engineering Courses.
At least 10 years of work experience with 3 years of managing experience in Quality Field.
Skilled in 7 QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, and SPC.
