Quality Control Technician

The Quality Control Technician provides technical support to functional areas of quality engineering, coordinating quality control inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc. at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with the established standards.
- Assists on quality reviews by reporting any anomaly
- Reviews main incidents of work cells to reach a team solution.
- Assists the quality engineer by troubleshooting and determining actions in the process.
- Recommends new or improved methods, procedures and quality standards.
- Supports new or improved methods, procedures and quality standards.
- Helps with the reduction of quality events, through the audits in the work stations, ensuring the delivery of a product according to specifications.
- Proposes improvement actions in terms of quality and efficiency of the manufacturing or inspection process.
- Controls non-conforming materials and supplier rejections.
