Eskort is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, organized individual to join the Heidelberg site as a Quality Controller.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of the Food Safety Management System
• Assisting in and performing Food Safety internal audits (HACCP & GMP)
• Filling and documentation, record control.
• Manage pest control
• Prepare documentation for Export
• Arrange product sampling
• Manage personal hygiene program
• Manage maintenance and cleaning schedule
• Conduct daily pre-ops checklist
• Verification of records
• Create COC
• Monitoring of cold chains
• Manage NCR and customer complaints
• Ensure compliance with the SOPs for handling product
• Ensure product moves through warehouse in an efficient manner
