Job Description

 KPC Promise Hospital of BATON ROUGE: The Quality Coordinator performs quality management review functions such as review/audits of patient records, preparing reports, assisting with regulatory preparation and assisting the Department Director with administrative functions. Performs other duties as assigned.
  QUALIFICATIONS: 
 LPN/LVN, Tech, or other related healthcare experience.
 Three years clinical experience in an acute care setting
 Two year’s experience with TJC/regulatory and quality management related activities and 
  functions
 Computer literate, proficient in Excel and Access programs with ability to prepare reports and 
 Graphs
 Basic knowledge of statistical analysis preferred
 Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: 
 Physical: Walking – up to 20% Standing – up to 10% Kneeling - up to 5%
