Job Description

As Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that process resolution is handled in strict adherence to quality systems, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Understand specific client requirements related to APQP.
• Lead the execution of the 8D methodology.
• Coordinate containment operations at different locations, from the plant to the last customer-facing station.
• Monitor quality activities in the client's systems and portals.
• Develop the PPAP package.
• Lead quality meetings and prepare reports.
• Monitor APQP quality activities on client portals.
• Provide first-level contact with the client for complaints.
