About the Role Reporting to the National Quality Manager – New Zealand, the Quality Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of project quality systems and processes. You’ll help ensure project activities comply with McConnell Dowell’s quality standards, procedures, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of project quality management plans and systems.
  • Assisting with audits, inspections, and testing activities to verify compliance.
  • Coordinating quality documentation and records to ensure accuracy, traceability, and accessibility.
  • Supporting project teams with non-conformance management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing guidance to project staff on quality procedures and requirements.
