Quality Coordinator

Reporting to the Quality Manager, The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator to join the Quality team of an engineering company, based in Tiverton, Devon.

The Quality Coordinator will undertake a variety of tasks within the Quality Department, with various tasks being shown below.
* Processing / chasing customer complaints and investigations
* Completing weekly Quality KPI Data
* Manage all customer returns
* Inspect returns for going back into stock.

Qualifications/Experience:
* Basic use of metrology equipment
* Knowledge of spreadsheets
* Working understanding of ERP systems
* Awareness of ISO9001
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office applications
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work well with diverse groups of people and be able to function independently of direct supervision
