Job Description

 Are you passionate about quality and food safety? We're partnering with an iconic national confectionery manufacturer in Sydney's south-western suburbs who are looking for experienced Quality Coordinators to ensure all food safety and quality tasks meet the highest standards. These full time positions will be offered as Monday to Friday working hours between 7am and 5pm. 
 
   Role Responsibilities Include:  
 Conduct HACCP reviews and validations;
 Support internal and external audits;
 Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance production, food safety, and WHS processes;
 Drive GMP compliance and improvements;
 Train staff in food safety and quality procedures;
 Manage non-conforming products and raw materials, including root cause analysis;
 Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues;
 Investigate consumer complaints;
 Lead mock recalls and traceability exercises;
