+ Review and implement new changes in specifications that will support plant quality goals.

+ Review and approve TCA' to ensure the correct implementation of the change management procedures

+ Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment

+ Ensuring the quality standards for product and process are met throughout the plant.

+ Responsible for providing the adequate training to the Quality Department personnel (hourly and salary).

+ Responsible for providing the awareness of the quality standards to the other functions.

+ Responsible for the implementation of the QST for the whole plant to ensure customer satisfaction.

+ Direct plants scrap reduction effort and scrap accounting.

+ Supplier quality improvement programs in conjunction with Purchasing. (Supplier quality survey, supplier ratings, ...
