Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact window for quality-related matters with customers
(Customers are Japanese companies; Schaeffler production sites are located across global group factories).

Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, including Engineering, Sales, Logistics, and the Technical Center.

Manage new product launch activities and process change operations (PPAP).

Handle customer-returned quality issues, including receiving defect notifications, determining necessary containment actions, guiding analysis in collaboration with factories, implementing countermeasures, and preparing reports.

Attend regular meetings with customers, participate in TEAMS meetings with Germany, and provide support for customers' overseas business trips (accompaniment, arrangements, etc.).
Support and respond to quality audits.
