Quality Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

Responsibilities

• Manage metrology equipment (CMM, VMM etc.), know how to create & execute program in CMM (MCOSMOS/PCDMIS hands‑on experience).
• Manage calibration of equipment.
• Strong experience in measurements of tool steel & hardness measurement of steel.
• Solid experience with PPAP documentation (Interpretation of full layout, CPK & GRR).
• Experience in manufacturing of injection molds.
• Maintain constant communication with clients and residents to provide immediate support and responses to the customer.
• Establish and implement departmental objectives, procedures & instructions, conferring with board members, organizational officials, and staff members as necessary.
• Monitor customer performance & take actions.
• Host External & Customer quality audits and take countermeasure in case of any finding.
• Prepare and update quality reports & share with top management at defined interval.
