Manage and analyse field warranty performance, identifying trends, failure modes, and improvement opportunities.
Lead customer‑raised NCR investigations, ensuring timely containment, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to gather evidence, validate issues, and resolve quality concerns effectively.
