JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Engineer is responsible for advancing initiatives to understand processes and to implement appropriate process controls ensuring that the quality of all Indium Corporation’s products meet customer requirements while supporting the growth, visions and values of Indium Corporation.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):

+ Implement Quality Engineering activities with other functions to support quality objectives and QMS processes according to documented procedures

+ Partner with technical support engineers, manufacturing engineers and operations staff to meet quality objectives

+ Reduce process variation with DOE (Design of Experiments) and data analysis methods, implementing data driven corrective actions
