Identify, raise, and resolve quality issues quickly to prevent customer impact. Support new product introductions to ensure robust builds. Promote best practices focused on defect prevention, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. Manage customer and third-party quality accreditations, providing technical support as needed. Work independently with minimal supervision.
