Quality Engineer

Job Overview

The Quality Engineer will maintain and improve the MKS Power Solutions QMS System and product quality programs. Identify and facilitate improvements in new product development, supplier and manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instill a sense of ownership for the ISO and Internal Audit programs, responsible for many aspects of internal and external quality audits.
• Drive urgency for product and process improvements that improve customer satisfaction.
• Champion product quality improvements driven by field data analysis to achieve desired performance levels.
• Facilitate and support problem‐solving activities aimed at identifying and resolving manufacturing, quality, and customer reliability issues, requiring a strong understanding of quality and statistical tools.
