Key ResponsibilitiesLead and drive quality improvements within cross-functional teams (CFT)Support FAI reports for new product introductions and transfersManage and follow up on customer complaintsAct as the main point of contact for customers on quality-related topicsApprove documentation in systems such as PFS and AgileSupport non-conforming material management (MRB)Generate quality alerts and containment actions (purges) as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issuesQualifications5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in SMT and/or selective soldering processesBachelor's degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldStrong knowledge of:SMT, through-hole, and conformal coating processesIPC-A610 sta...
