Quality Engineer in Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP activities for new projects to ensure smooth product launches
• Develop and maintain Control Plans, inspection instructions, and core quality documents
• Manage inspection equipment and calibration schedules
• Lead incoming, in-process, and final product inspections and testing
• Train and guide inspection personnel to enhance skills and quality awareness
• Establish, implement, and maintain QMS documentation in compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO14001
• Oversee goods receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Mechanical, Quality Management, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Quality Engineering experience
• Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and basic quality tools (SPC, MSA, sampling, etc.)
