MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide quality control and technical support for fermentation, fresh products, dry seasoning, and condiments at McCormick Kutas facilities.


• Monitor, interpret, and report Statistical Process Control (SPC) data for all site-produced products.


• Record and report production non-conformities and customer complaints, supporting timely resolution and continuous improvement.


• Support R&D during new product trials.


• Participate in internal and external audits (GMP, HACCP, Food Defense) and ensure full site compliance.


• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
