Job Responsibilities
Address daily production abnormalities related to quality and ensure timely resolution by relevant personnel. Determine containment with proper identification and segregation.
Main PIC managing product quality from WIP to FGs. Lead IPQC and FQC team.
Organize DRB (Disposition Review Board) meeting for timely material disposition.
Prepare monthly quality reports, analyze quality data, update key quality indicator and work with relevant party to lay out improvement plan. Trigger alarms if adverse quality indicator trends observed and be driver to lead quality improvement activities.
