Quality Engineer

As our new Quality Engineer, you will lead with purpose—embedding robust, ISO 9001–aligned processes that strengthen quality from end to end across our laboratory and operational teams. You'll proactively identify gaps, challenge the status quo and drive meaningful corrective and preventive actions that protect product integrity and build trust with our customers. Through your expertise and influence, you'll help create a culture where quality is owned by everyone and excellence is the standard.

You will partner closely with plant and commercial colleagues, providing clear technical guidance and leading customer complaint investigations with pace, transparency and care. By translating quality data into practical insight, you'll enable smarter decisions and continuous improvement.
