Quality Engineer Lead Test Automation Key Responsibilities Lead and define quality engineering and test strategy across Agile delivery teams Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks Coach and mentor Quality Engineers on best practices Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum teams to ensure quality delivery Ensure quality across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing Embed quality practices within CI/CD pipelines Track and report quality metrics, driving continuous improvement Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software testing/quality engineering Proven experience leading QA or Quality Engineering teams Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
