Your Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer to join our production team. This role is critical to ensure that our optical fiber products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do

Lead quality assurance activities across manufacturing processes.
Address product non-conformities and drive corrective actions.
Facilitate design reviews, FMEAs, and implement fool-proofing strategies during new product development and change management.
Improve quality by controlling 4M+1E methodology to ensure no batch Quality Issue and reduce RMA rate
Prepare for and conduct internal and customer audits.
Oversee product design, development, and mass production transfer projects from a quality perspective.
Conduct internal audits and process checks to identify improvement opportunities.
